Our Warranty Promise

At Buffalo Gear, we build our bags to last. We truly hope you’ll enjoy yours for many years on the water. 

But if something doesn’t perform the way it should, we’re here to make it right.

1-Year Warranty

All Buffalo Gear products are backed by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

If your bag is damaged during normal use within that time, simply reach out to us. We’ll review the situation and provide a new bag or repair at no cost to you.

Lifetime Repair Support

Even after the first year, we continue to stand behind our products.

If something happens down the road, just contact us. We’ll do our best to repair it, or offer the best replacement discount.

We believe in taking care of our customers — long after the purchase.
