How Long Do Soft Coolers Stay Cold?

Built with 0.5" (13mm) closed-cell insulation foam, our soft coolers keep ice cold for over 24 hours. Tested at 100°F (38°C), ice remained after 36 hours. A 22oz waterproof tarpaulin shell with heat-sealed seams ensures a fully leak-proof design.

What Is The MOQ For Your Wholesale Soft Cooler Order?

Our MOQ is flexible and open to discussion, allowing you to test the market with confidence. Pricing is adjusted accordingly. Once you’ve evaluated our product quality and service, we’re ready to support larger-volume orders.

Can I Get Samples And How Long Is The Sample Lead Time?

Sure. We usually provide existing sample, but a little sample charge for custom designs. Samples charge is refundable when the order is up to a certain quantity.

If I Provide My Sketches/Design, Can You Sign An NDA With Me To Protect My Design?

We are experienced in OEM projects and strictly protect our clients’ designs. NDAs can be signed upon request. Your artwork will never be shared with other clients, and OEM products will not be sold to third parties.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We accept orders worldwide and offer both air freight and sea freight options.

Production lead time depends on order quantity and customization requirements, and typically ranges from 2–3 weeks. Shipping methods and timelines can be arranged based on your needs.
