Return & Refund

1. Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order for a full refund before it is shipped.

2. Standard Returns
You may return items within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in the original packaging.

3. Quality Issues
For manufacturer or quality problems, we offer free repair or replacement within 1 year. Even after 1 year, you can still contact us for repair support.

4. Non-Quality Returns
For returns not related to quality issues, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Non-Refundable Items
Items returned after 30 days or damaged by the customer are not eligible for a refund.

6. Refund Processing
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 2–5 business days to your original payment method.
