1.Buffalo Gears Routine
1.1 Are you need a retail partner?
We welcome email enquiries and are willing to cooperate with you. If you are interested in wholesale, please contact us at roger@buybuffalogear.com / orders@buybuffalogear.com

1.2 Where do you ship?
We can ship to almost anywhere in the world. But some of the countries/districts can only be shipped by registered airmail.
1.3 In what currency are the articles quoted?
All items are priced in US dollars

2. Products
Is the pair item sold as a set?
Yes, our couple item is sold as a set.

3. Payment
3.1 What payment methods can I use?
Paypal/debit card/or most major credit cards
3.2 How can I use my coupons?
1 coupon or offer per customer or per order. 

4. Orders
4.1 How can I know if I have been charged for the order?
You will receive an order confirmation email.
4.2 What is a pending order?
It means that the order payment has not been made. We only process the order once payment has been received.
4.3 An order has been placed. Can I change your shipping address?
You can change your shipping address by emailing orders@buybuffalogear.com with your order number and correct shipping address.
Normally, if the order has not been shipped, you are free to change the address; If it has been sent, we will contact the shipping company and try to change it, but we cannot guarantee it and it may have an additional cost.
Please make sure the order is placed with the correct shipping address first.
4.4 An order has been placed. Can I exchange the item?
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange the item once the order has been placed.
4.5 An order has been placed. Can I override it?
You can contact our Customer Service to cancel your order. Non-personalized item may be canceled before shipment. Personalized item cannot be canceled once processed.

5. Shipping
5.1 How can I choose my shipping methods?
Shipping methods can be chosen at checkout.
5.2 When will I receive my order?
We will do our best to send your order to you as soon as possible after it has been successfully placed and paid for. Actual delivery time may vary due to items, shipping methods and other factors beyond our control.
Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Non-customized item: 1-4 business days
Customized item: 4-7 working days
Custom made item: About 15 working days
Delays may occur during our busy season.
Shipping time
Expedited: 5-7 business days;
Free: 7-30 business days (For countries other than the US, Registered Air Mail may take up to 45 business days to arrive due to local dispatch or other reasons.)
5.3 Do you ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses?
We can ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses but expedited shipping is not available.

6.1 What do I do if I forget my password?
Click the "Forgot Password" link on the "Login" page, we will send you an email with a link to reset your password.
