Return policy

Order Cancellations

We accept cancellations before the product is shipped or manufactured. If an order is cancelled, the full amount will be refunded. If the product has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.
Any manufacturer or quality problems are eligible for repair or replacement within 1 year of the date of receipt, such as: zipper damage, accessories falling off and other obvious defects, as well as serious opening, obvious damage and other appearance defects. Buffalo Gear will offer free exchanges or replacements.


To request a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase. You may be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refunds (if applicable)

There is a situation where only a 10% refund can be made. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts through no fault of our own.

A non-refundable condition.

Any item returned more than 30 days after receipt.

Returned items are lost due to the customer using a shipping service that does not have a tracking number.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5 business days and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method.

Delayed or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank/Paypal account first.

Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is usually a certain processing time before a refund can be issued.
